Departure time and place: From the vicinity of the Altamira Palace, Elche

Route:

• Total: 42.195 km (standard marathon)

• Start in Elche (80 m above sea level)

• Urban section in Elche: 11 km

• Interurban section Elche-Alicante: 20 km (mostly downhill)

• Urban section in Alicante: 11 km

• Finish line at Pier 12 in the port of Alicante (Ocean Race area, sea level)

Medals: Featuring the silhouettes of the Lady of Elche and the Moor’s Face. Back with space to engrave name and time.

Participation:

• More than 3,500 registered runners from over 40 countries.

• Registration open until 5,000 runners are reached.

Regional Marathon Championship:

• Will be contested during this event

• Official calendar of the Valencian Community Athletics Federation from 10 June 2025

• Replaces the regional championship event that was held at the Valencia Marathon
